He was born at Kedewatan Ubud, 1957.
Learning and studying painting at ISI Yogyakarta. He became a painter because his background when he was a little child made him so. He joined in Paguyuban Young Artist at Penestanan and learning to paint Wayang and became a student from Wayan Patera.
Exhibition Experience
- Since 1978 he joined in several young artists exhibition at Ratna Warta Museum, Ubud.
- In 1989 he made his single exhibition in Northern Territory Museum of Art and Sciences, Darwin, Australia. Biennial exhibition Indonesian Painting of 8 at Jakarta.
- At 1992 he made exhibition at The Art Center, Guam, USA.
- At 1993 he made exhibition at Museum Fur Volkerkunde, Basel, Switzerland.
- At 1995, he made the exhibition in Thomson Memorial Gallery, Owen Sound, Canada.
- At 1996, Biennial Arts Festival at TIM, Jakarta; and so on.
