Ina Galeri's first exhibition.

Ina Gallery made it's first introduction to the art society by helding a succesful art exhibition in Sahid Jaya Hotel, Jakarta that lasted from June 30th until July 8th 1999.

The exhibition that took a theme of "Generation to Generation", was opened by former Indonesian Minister of Education and Culture, Mr. Fuad Hassan. In conjuction with the gallery's grand opening, the hotel hosted a surprised party as an artistic birthday gift to celebrate Fuad's 70th birthday on the 30th of June.

Now, the gallery has more than 600 paintings from different Indonesian artists and various mainstreams. The collection include masterpieces of maestros such as : the impressionist I Wayan Pengsong, the naturalist Lim Wa Sim, the humanis expresionist Bagong Kussudiardja, Nyoman Gunarsa, Jeihan, Popo Iskandar, and many more. All of the collection are the original paintings, not the replicated one. Most of them use oil, but some of them use other media like S Yadi K's Paintings that use crayons.
